The exact same thing happened to me as in the previous report on this company. They pull you in with a $19.95 offer and never mention you will be billed for months to come even when they stop shipping the product. Bank of America stepped up to the plate for me and stopped them in their tracks. They refunded almost all of the money, but I was still out almost $40. Unfortunately, they did have a good product...they just rip you off when they try to trick you into buying something you don't want and will NOT listen to you over the phone that they are charging and charging without delivering the product!
