ProAnox / Alex Wieseler / Joan Gould - BEWARE! FAILURE TO PAY / BREACHED CONTRACT / BROKE COMMITMENT INDIANAPOLIS, NASHVILLE, LOS GATOS Indiana

As their IT service provider, our business invested heavily up-front in both time and equipment so that Joan Gould & Alex Wieseler would have working equipment and technology to conduct their supplement manufacturer / retailer business. Instead of proposing a lump sum for this IT work and equipment - we entered into what is called a "MSP Contract". This 2-year commitment period allows us to recoup our expenses and eventual profit over the long-term while providing an IT parachute to the client for the duration of the agreement (2 years).

Right off the bat, invoices sent to ProAnox, run by Alex Wieseler and Joan Gould, would go beyond the allocated timeframe for payment.

As a small business, we understand the importance of communication and flexibility - but month after month with overlapping invoices mounting and the occassional off-beat payment - I would contintually check-in to verify with them they were still solvent. Alex Wieseler literally assured me that their company was in good financial standing - which later turned out to be entirely FALSE.  Meanwhile, Joan Gould sat back in her Indianapolis office refusing to pay. Only after what was essentially bill-collector-grade harassment did she decide to pay a FRACTION of her balance.

Due to the clear and obvious mismanagement by Alex Wieseler and Joan Gould of the ProAnox brand - this company cannot pay their bills, left us high and dry on our agreement, and insulted me with lies and deceit. With that all said - I caution you if you are considering a business relationship with any of these individuals or this company - BEWARE!!!!!
