After sending in $24.95 in a money order for productclaimcenter.com's activation fee to get a computer, I am waiting 6 weeks later for an order form in which I send in $49.95 to get my computer.
Direct Buy did send me a check for the two amounts because the computer was supposed to be free.
At the end of April I sent an email submitted from their website to them regarding the order form. I received a reply from a Michael Pouls (mpouls4464@aol.com) telling me the order form comes within one month of receipt of the $24.95 money order.
Today I emailed him asking for a $24.95 refund because all of this hassle is not worth it.
