All these companies are scams but you CAN win!!! ..... The above listed companies are all in existance just to TAKE your money! You probably know this already! I too, was taken in by their slick, professional sales pitch, and their big promises. If you haven't signed contracts with them, DON'T!! They lure you in with their deception and make it next to impossible to get your money back. They could care less what they do to your finances, nor do they care whether or not they live up to their promises. And they probably laugh all the way to the bank. How does that make you feel? I laughed all the way to the bank too! IT FELT GREAT!! Write to me [via a Rip-off Report rebuttal] and I will tell you how to get relief. GOOD LUCK AND GO OUT AND FIND YOUR MONEY TREE!

AUTHOR: Archy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, May 11, 2006

LOOK DEEPLY AT THE FACTS

When we challenge ourselves to conquer a new venture like the PMI coaching course, different scenarios can occur. There can be challenges related to the syllabus, anxiety around completion of assignments and commitment to other issues preventing full focus. Confidence needed for success may not yet have grown sufficiently. Some may not have given the course a fair chance. Expectations of the course could have differed from reality. All this and more can inhibit an enduring work attitude.

HAVE NO BLAME

It is futile and counter productive to have blame directed at self or others. The PMI staff are knowledgeable and are sincerely committed to the success of their students. PMI offer tools for success and many who have affiliated with them have become wealthy.

GO FORWARD WITH A REFRESHED ATTITUDE

If you gave up on the program see if now is the time to pick it up again and proceed with a refreshed attitude. If you do, you have potentially much to gain! People often meet with great results after several attempts. If you pursue this avenue, you could make it big!!

PMI IS ON YOUR SIDE

You may decide to pursue the internet options in ernest. You may know enough to continue on your own. If you require the assistance of PMI why not communicate with them. I think you will see how very much they truly are on your side.

If it is any source of comfort, 85% of all businesses fail. Walt Disney filed bankruptcy 14 times before finally seeing success. I trust you will not give up on your dreams and goals, and so doing, will achieve them.

GOOD LUCK TO WHOEVER READS THIS AND GO OUT AND FIND YOUR MONEY TREE!!!

To Joe - Lindon, Utah...AND Any Other Concerned Individual

AUTHOR: K - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, April 30, 2006

This is K here, and if you want to know WHO I am and what happened to me, it's simple- READ WHAT HAPPENED TO ME in my prior rebuttals. My case is AN OPEN BOOK.

To everyone else (besides Joe), I hooked up with this company and was sucked into this SCAM by attending a uSight-based conference in May of 2003. I imagine not much has changed even if the owners have, although, I hope for everyone's sake there have been positive changes for people wanting to cancel their service. I surely received NONE when I needed assistance.

Every single time I think about the scam I was attached to, I thank my lucky stars I was able to get out of the situation. I had and have NO OTHER REASON to write a rebuttal here; I, unlike greedy EMPLOYEES, get no compensation from my postings. It's simply important for me that people know what happened in my situation, and that they aren't alone.

Good luck,

K

PMI Response

AUTHOR: Joe - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, March 31, 2006

Kay - PMI purchased Usight two years after your complaint. Hopefully they took care of you before PMI had made that purchase. I am not aware of Home Inc. and PMI is in no way associated with a company named Home Inc. Otherwise, PMI has no record for a client named Kay from Columbia, SC.

Selena - PMI has no record for a client named Selena from Elgin, IL.

Karen - PMI has no record for a client named Karen from Mesa, AZ.

Eric - PMI has no record for a client named Eric from Moore, OK.

M - We do coaching for other companies like Winning in the Cashflow.

K - Who are you?

Jim - PMI has no record for a client named Jim from Belvidere, IL.

Rick - Mark said it all.

Mark - Thanks for saying it all to Rick.

Martin - PMI has no record for a client named Martin from Aurora, IL.

David - PMI did cancel and refund David from TX due to reasons that had nothing to do with David.

Audrey - PMI has no record for a client named Audrey from Oak Park, MI.

Ivan - PMI has no record for a client named Ivan in Dania, FL.

Audrie - PMI has no affiliation and is no way associated with PMG. They are actually competitors.

Jan and Nick - PMI has no record for clients named Jan or Nick in Miami, FL.

Scot - Thanks for the rebuttal. I don't know what happened, but sorry it didn't work out.

Mark - Thanks for being objective. I wish you nothing but success in this and all ventures. If you need any additional help, please contact the hotline.

People - Don't always believe what you read.

Scam? Or Laziness?

AUTHOR: Mark - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, March 20, 2006

I will have to admit that I felt a bit overwhelmed when I signed up for this program, Auction4Income tutor/mentoring ($4000+ later). I didn't know if it was a scam or not, either.

I'm not getting a darn dime from them for writing this. I was poking around on Google just now and found this Ripoff Report. I trying to get MyEbiz customer service email address for some help. I call their hotline when I need help, but for what I want now it's not something that I need quickly. I thought that after reading these complaints, someone that is not or has no affiliation with the company say something.

I set all my meetings with my coach. He told me all the things that I needed to do to get my domain name, get the site up, find a product line {(of my choice)(it's not PMI's products/warehouse)}, use Usight's hotline when having problems, or email him with the problem. He usually answers my email within the day. The guy knows what he's talking about. I now have PPC set up with Yahoo, and people (not many yet) are going to my site and buying stuff. I found that when stuff was not working for me, it was due to my not understanding how all this stuff works (another word is "ignorance"). I'm still learning...and this site may not even be a big money maker, only because I can not find a distributor that can/will dropship (no inventory on my part) what I order for my customers without a fee of some sort. I use 5 different distributors that dropship that I found on my own, so there wasn't any outside influence from PMI or anyone else as far as that goes. If I fail it's because of me not PMI, or uSight. I went to some other sites that they told me about to model mine around or get ideas (which are PMI customers like me). So there are people out there that)PMI/uSight set up that are making money. Maybe some a little, maybe some a lot. What I found is that it is not an over night thing and it takes work (six months and still working on it), just like any other business. Get it???

NOT A SCAM

AUTHOR: Scot - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, March 16, 2006

I used to work for PMI coaching, which is indeed located in Lindon, UT. And I can say that they do provide the services that they say they will. And 85% of the students of PMI are successful. The other 15% are people who don't do the work that the coaches give them and give up, and then come online to ripoffreport.com and complain that it's a scam. I'm saying this after the company FIRED me, so it's not like I have warm cuddly feeling for the company. I just know from working there that this company is not a scam, they have binders and binders full of documented success stories many of which I've seen and read with my own eyes. I've had people that I sold call me back and thank me for convincing them to get there business started etc. So just because you got lazy and didn't do the work to start your business don't blame the coaching/mentoring company. Blame yourself. Stop wasting your time on this website and go actually start your business weather on your own or through a coaching program. It's people with a mindset like yours that are unable to get a business started. What you believe you can acheive.

I also feel that stores on line might have been a rip off as well

AUTHOR: Audrie - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, January 26, 2004

Kay,

I too have been contacted by PMI. I attended a Stores-On-Line seminar, bought 6 store fronts and then PMI contacts me to help me set up my store fronts for an additional $9000. The guy who spoke with me was Brady Whitis (spelling on last name may be off). He was EXTREMELY RUDE and I told him so. He tried to coherce me into making a decision to go with them right then - no thinking about it.

I am wondering if they (PMI) is the same company as PMG (Professional Marketing Group). I did give them $5000 for a similar mentoring session on real estate. So far it has been a joke. The CDs they sent were of very poor quality. The phone mentoring has not done much in the relm of educating me. They do not really help you any in your particular area, they just tell you how it works in their area.

I also feel that stores on line might have been a rip off as well. The guy from PMI is saying that stores on line will not answer my questions to help me get my store front set up, and that is why I have to go with PMI.

I WAS THE LUCKY ONE, VERY FORTUNATE to have found this website

AUTHOR: K - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, January 09, 2004

Hello All, this is K here.

On the last hours to file for a refund, I got it done. I was lucky because there was a holiday and a weekend which gave me extra time to find this website. I signed up for the services late in May, and the services were not taken off my credit card until September. MAY TO SEPTEMBER folks, I had bills on my credit card. How did I get the money back???

First, I followed EVERY PROCEEDURE to a T. I did cancel within my alotted three days, I sent the correct forms- ALL FILLED OUT PROPERLY-, and I sent them using the right sending techniques (the people at the post office helped). I made photocopies of EVERYTHING, I took digital photos of ANY MATERIALS I WAS GIVEN, and I started making a paper trail DEEPER THAN THE GRAND CANYON. I filed reports with people in Utah and on the internet. I detailed what was said at the meetings, AND I contacted (and was contacted by) people like me, who attended the seminar I went to at the Ramada Suites in ROCKFORD, IL.

I was not allowed to DISPUTE the U-SIGHT transaction charged to my VISA credit card until the expiration of very long time period U-Sight gives itself to refund your money.

To get a head start, what I did was call Visa very early, to find out the correct proceedure of sparing myself unnecessary bills. Thank you Visa is what I have to say. They discussed the course of action I was to take, and not long after I sent the "unused materials" back to U-Sight (which is the second mailing you need to make), I FAXED the DISPUTE TRANSACTIONS DEPARTMENT of Visa, with a copy (THANK GOD for COPIES) of EVERY LEGAL DOCUMENT I sent to U-Sight, INCLUDING the US Post Office Cancellation Stamp as proof of the date I sent everything. In fact, at the post office, I paid for my shipping using my credit/debit card for additional proof of the date I went to the post office.

Obviously, on the FINAL DAYS U-Sight had to refund my money, THEY DIDN'T. It was ok by this time because I was all set up, and Visa already had my paperwork ready to file internally (and with U-Sight). Visa knew of the situation, and they were SOOOOOOOOO helpful, it was very very nice. The ball was set in motion by my call to Visa, and it took another 15 or so days for paperwork to transfer from one department of Visa to another department, basically for all their documents to match.

Well, after a while, VISA CREDITED MY ACCOUNT, and they continued action against U-Sight on my behalf. About a month or more later, U-Sight finally credited my account and for a while it looked like I had lots of extra money in my account!!!- Until Visa took back their initial credit- ha haa.

I saved thousands and thousands of dollars. I saved a lot of heartache. I saved myself all the despair hundreds of people will not be so lucky to spare themselves, their families, their current jobs, and THEIR CREDIT REPORTS.

I think of myself as a well-educated person, capable of making her own decisions, and being somewhat of a sceptic, it is usually hard to pull the wool over my eyes. U-Sight sure got me. I cannot tell you how excited I was walking out of that conference back in May.

I AM SO VERY FORTUNATE to have found this website, to have heard these comments, and to have asked tons of people what they thought of my investment. I asked very knowledgable people, and at first, it hurt to hear what they were saying. I didn't think it could be true about my new MONEY SOURCE. And then, I stopped taking it personally, and I realized there was a conflict. I don't want to be a person tied to another company, to people I will never meet in person, to potentially build wealth that will benefit these invisible people more than myself. In fact, I cancelled my Pre-Paid Legal Services because I didn't want ONE PENNY of my hard earned money to go to Bud Leftbridge or whatever his name is. You see, after a certain period of time you stay with Pre-Paid, Mr Bud gets a commission on you.

I felt ultra dirty using anything attached to his name or this company. It is just wrong to me. There are plenty of FREE LEGAL SERVICES in your own community to help with this issue. I think a lot of lawyers would jump all over this case if they haven't already.

This message is in dedication to all the people, especially Kay, who posted on this sight, and to ALL the people who are bound to check-in in the near future. Hold on to your dreams, don't let anyone or anything take them away. FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT, and you will win!

I WAS THE LUCKY ONE, VERY FORTUNATE to have found this website

POSTED: Friday, January 09, 2004

Hello All, this is K here.

On the last hours to file for a refund, I got it done. I was lucky because there was a holiday and a weekend which gave me extra time to find this website. I signed up for the services late in May, and the services were not taken off my credit card until September. MAY TO SEPTEMBER folks, I had bills on my credit card. How did I get the money back???

USight gives URipoff in Florida

AUTHOR: Ivan - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 07, 2004

Me and my wife have been looking for information about a .com biz and saw their commercial for the seminar coming to our town and made reservations. Tim Payne was a very good speaker. We too were misled in a lot of what they were saying about we can pick the date that our payments will come out. Well, we never heard from them to set it up and boom...my account is now NEGATIVE $500 + . I was charged for a full month of the merchant account that took over two weeks to get set up. So I got charged for a product that I never received. Each item that came out also had a $29 overdraft fee.

I am curious if anyone did get a refund after calling and filing reports. I work full time, go to school part time at night and now need to get a part time job with the time that I do not have to get caught up and make ends meet being we are newlyweds. All I have to say is thank god for my prepaid legal service I enrolled in. I am finally going to get to use them.

If you had any success or not I would like to hear about them. Just post your story below,

Thank You

Tell Me How to Win

AUTHOR: David - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, December 05, 2003

This is in response to a posting by KayKay,

I am interested in finding out how you were successful in getting your money back from these folks. I've just realized that I too was scammed by them. I am interested in real estate investing, and they offered a program that called for property funding with the understanding that I would return them 25% of the profit once the property was sold. This was the primary reason I agreed to their offer. I have now been trying for a couple of weeks to get further clarification on this program, and I am getting no answers -- in most cases, no responses.

I feel that they offered services under false pretenses, and I want my money back. Please let me know how you did it.

Thanks for your prompt review and response to this inquiry.

ripped off by PMI "Real Estate Millions" ..completely stonewalled by their "customer service" pit bulls.

AUTHOR: Martin - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 09, 2003

In response to Kay's contribution. I too was tricked into paying in excess of $6,000 to personally work with a "pre-foreclosure expert" assigned to me by PMI coaching/Real Estate Millions/MSI/Usight or whichever of the numerous subsidiaries that are involved in this deceitful company. After 4 months and being reassigned to 3 different coaches, I am convinced that this is nothing but a complete con job. I myself am a successful business owner looking for ways to supplement my income. I know what it takes to succeed and that you need to put in the time and effort to do so.

With that said, I was expecting to work with someone who had experience in the areas I was interested in, and a game plan to reach my goals and succeed. All I received were some websites to visit for paperwork and advice to join a local real estate investment club. Hardly the personal advice and expertise I was hoping for when I spent my hard earned money.

When I expressed my displeasure and desire to discontinue the service, I was completely stonewalled by their "customer service" pit bulls. Kay, how did you go about getting justice and your money refunded to you by these scam artists? Please reply if you're reading.

What are talking about Mark ?

AUTHOR: Rick - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 08, 2003

what a re talking about Mark? Of course I made sales otherwise I wouldn't have lasted there. teram leaders keep pushing and raisaing the bar during those Monday morning meetings. The spiff was good for those who sell more. PMI is the largest in this industry in Utah. If the product was sold without telling the lies about the mentors and the senior director (the closer). Dont tell me it is not truth we tell people "our senior director, has been doing this business for a long time , he will answer all the questions you may have regarding the business...." I understand many people are lazy or not cut out for having a business on their own, but what I dislike is the bunch of lies and half-truth we have to tell people in order to get the dear commision check OTHERWISE you lose your job. "Let's make money" is what is heard every day. I cannot deny PMi is leader in this industry and the leads many time are good compared to other companies (FDS, EMS , MSI etc)and there is big money. I am with you my own success depends on me that is why I wanted out after all the beat up to sell more and more and make you richer (overrides eh?). Yes I say the product is sold at inflated cost. You know what is the percentage the owners the commissions and the lead source take and the actual cost of the material and the "education" is 10% or less. Good luck.

Your success is your own responsibility. This also means you Rick!

AUTHOR: Mark - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, June 20, 2003

Rick,

Aloha! I used to work for PMI. I am very familiar with their business practices as well as the field they work in. I will agree that several of the backend marketing companies out there are shady. I do not know why that is, maybe it is just the nature, but for what ever reason, it is not acceptable. I will say that PMI is not one of these shady companies. They have taken every measure possible to regulate their consultants. They, as a company, sincerely want you to succeed. With that said, most still will not. Is it PMI's fault? No. We are each responsible for our own destiny. PMI supplies the education, and reference material and it is then up to you to make it work. Does your college professor do your homework, manage your time or even fulfill your internship? He educates, and hopes you succeed.

I know Rick. He worked hard. He just was not cut out for this. Neither was I. I don't know why people, when they fail, can not point the finger inward. I think if more people took responsibility for their own failures and success' they would probably experience more success than failure. There are too many people blaming others. If you sucked as a sales person, it was not necessarily what you were selling that was the problem. I recall you never made any sales, Rick. Why be bitter at PMI because you were a poor sales person. Don't fret, you are a good person who has many talents, this was not one of them. Just like many people who go out and start a business. Most fail, with or with out PMI. What is the difference? The individual. If you expect success and are determined to see it, you will.

If all of those people complaining about this that or the other would spend half as much energy on achieving their goals as they do complaining and blaming, the entries on PMI would be minimal. No doubt PMI has made mistakes. With the volume of business they do, it is bound to happen. They, however, are not a scam. I have used their mentoring program personally and have made money with the very same consultants and curriculum. I know others who have too. It is my opinion that if one can do it, anyone can. Whether they do or not is up to them.

Rick, spend your time succeeding not in bitterness for your failures. Best of luck.

PMI is about making money for themselves, not helping you to make money

AUTHOR: Rick - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, June 08, 2003

I used to work for PMI in American Fork (it is not in Lindon) Utah. I started there as a setter (the setter is the one that find out your "motivation" to amke money and how much you got on the credit cards. Once the setter determines you are ready the "senior director" (the closer) talks to you to nail you with a $7000 coaching package.

For me, When I sold 2 of those there was about $1600 commision. Very good, but very unethical. I got sick and tired of the hype and all the lies. (The money was good though)the coaches are not the experts, they are paid employees that follow a curriculla). so if you bought a mony making package on on of the infomercials be sure the lead will be sold to one of this companies (PMI touts to be the largest of all the 30+ companies that do this).

the waiting game begins

AUTHOR: Jim - (Canada)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 04, 2003

I and my wife both attended the uSight Semminar and fell for the big Numbers they said we could earn with there program. I was lucky that after the second night of there promises of financial gain that we stumbled onto this web site. And realized that we may have made a huge mistake. So the following day we sent a letter of intent to cancel our agreement with uSight, followed by phone calls to them letting them know of our intent. And to have made clear the cancelation instructions which state to send the completed forms to them via registered mail. "on the third day" which could be used as a loop hole in uSights advantage if the instructions are not followed correctly. So I asked if it needed to be sent on the third business day or before and was told any time within three business days. So that was one loophole closed. Another was since the cancelation forms were on the back of the reciept I would not have the proof of purchase any longer. So was told I could make copies and send them. I did along with a detailed letter explaining what I expect them to refund back to us. Also kept a copy of the letters for our records. According to the fine print on the cancelation forms this could take quite a while before we can expect to our refund. We weren't sure if we should just stop payment on the checks or not. Havent as of yet. not all checks have cleared yet so maybe still time to do that. Now we are getting calls from uSight reps to help us along in our business venture. I make sure that they clearly understand that we want out each time they call. So that there is no confussion on there part that we may reconsider. Durring the seminar they had said how they built the web site for Blue Man Group. we try to take a look at that site and it comes up that it is not available. hmmmmmm. Well as the title to my rebuttal says let the waiting game begin. 6-8 weeks for uSight to send a list of the materials that need to be sent back to them and then another 6-8 weeks to (supposedly) get our refund. Has anyone ever gotten a refund from canceling uSight without a hassle? P.T.Barnum was right.

Migranes with Usight

AUTHOR: K. - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, May 26, 2003

To Kay and Everyone who commented on Usight- THANK-YOU, but I don't know if it's already too late. I signed up for this service on a Thursday night, and it's now Monday morning. Due to the holiday, I may be fortunate enough to cancel everything in time, but even this seems like jumping through several hoops. I think I will file reports before I take my receipts to be sent via certified mail. I almost went for the platinum package which costs an additional $4,000 beyond the more than $2,750 I have already agreed to!

IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME or offer additional advice, please contact me at my yahoo account. The address is gypsyinjapan at yahoo dot com (I hope that works). If it doesn't work, I will check this sight frequently before Tuesday. God, do I feel like such a sucker. None of us has this type of money to spend, but they are so convincing.

Well, thanks for the great info, and I hope I'm not too late to relieve this migrane headace...

Successful Return

AUTHOR: Eric - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, April 06, 2003

I originally signed up with USight, PMI Coaching, and EPenzio, not to get rich quick, but so I wouldn't have to work as much and could spend more time with my family. A long story short, $10,000 later, I have not made a single dollar from the website despite their promises of success from their coaching department. Our debt has dramatically increased, and I have had to work even more to pay the debts incurred so I could stay home more. I wan't to thank Kay for her suggestion and ask her if she was successful in getting her money back, and what percentage of it she got back.

Get a refund from uSight, Home Inc, PMI Coaching

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Thursday, December 19, 2002

Want your money back? Here's what you must do: 1) File a report with the Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC). You can find them on the internet and file your report online. 2) File a report with the Utah Division of Consumer Protection, attn: Mr. Al Pauga. They too have an online complaint form. Follow up with a phone call to him. 3) File a complaint with the Consumer Protection division in your home state or the state where you attended a seminar. 4) File a complaint with the BBB in Utah. Online also. 5)File a complaint with any government agency that seems appropriate. I sat down and made a list, found phone numbers and started calling. Once you have filed several reports call uSight and ask to speak to Brandt Anderson, CEO. You probably won't get to speak with him right away so don't be shy about leaving a message telling him that you want all your money back immediately and that you have filed reports with whomever you have filed reports with. Tell him that you will continue finding places to file reports. Give him a deadline to call you back telling you when to expect your refund. A one hour deadline is good. After you leave a voice message, send him an email. His address is brandt at usight dot com. (This board won't let you post email addresses. Maybe they will let that stay.) In the email, say everything you said in your voice mail. Continue filing reports and making phone calls. If he doesn't call you back or respond to your email, do it all again. Bug him, bug him, bug him, just like collection agencies bug people who don't pay the bills he creates. When he responds tell him how angry you are that his company defrauded you and that you have detailed it all in your reports. DEMAND YOUR MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY. Tell him you want it sent to you by overnight mail and that you want the tracking number. Don't back off! And DO file those reports. If you want to get your money back and you want to put a stop to his scams and others like them, you must file the reports. When agencies get report after report after report, the activities can't be ignored and will be investigated. Make a lot of noise and bug him!
