Wow, when I first read this I was shocked.  It sounded very fimilar, considering the ones that wrote this about us are the ones that have done these actions.  They know who they are and I don't need to bad mouth them.  They were the ones on the news every day and they were the ones kicked of Police calls and Ptc.  They were giving property managers the kick backs.  Ascension found out about this threw dave and Hawkeye because they worked for our company and left becauses of your business practices.  They know all your shady practices.  You want to turn it around now on us, because you think we won't respond.  Well you just created a excellent company profile for yourself, and the whole city of tampa knows all about you this is why your properties and contracts have contacted us.  So take your bitterness somewhere else, because not to do the right thing and tell people false information is your game not ours.  That is why we still have our city of tampa contracts and you don't.  To anyone that reads this I do incourage you to find out about what towing company is in your complex, obey the complex rules, and you will be fine.  Remember that every towing company in the US has a suit of some kind against them big and small, I won't pretend that we don't have our fair share.  This doesn't make us a bad company.  We are just out there doing our jobs, the ones that we are contracted to maintain.

The good part about this for the management of both the towing company and the apartment complex is the person giving the kick back and the person getting the kick back will never ( this goes for corrupt cops too) talk to any law enforcement because it is a crime for anyone to receive any type of money( unless the tow company is half owned by a ptc inspector or tpd officer,for the right to tow cars away from private property.Letting that be said we all know that both the towing company managers mentioned in this complaint do for 100% pay kick backs.Some have tattoo shops and they give free tattoos to management, or maybe their body shop will fix/get you a car! no charge.this can be proven! ascension auto service and Mr Hawkguy Metty do not care about any of the rules that some of the legit towing companies abide by. he will build a "relationship" with a manager and then put the "screw" to them when their conscience decides that they do not want to continue with the "gray area tows"- you know, the old "tire is on the white line", or it's "touching" the grass-the ones that have the managers office full of angry tenants without their rides to work or school, or when the manager realizes it is not worth their $50,000 a year job for some self serving con man.

Obviously the kick back is built into the price of the impound bill that the customer will eventually have to pay before the car is released from impound yard.Some towing company managers receive huge commissions on these high end roam towing accounts, bar lots,student housing complexes,section 8 complexes,Tampa housing authority,so i know they will have to pay big commissions to managers of apartment complexes to deal with that kind of heat.THESE COMMISSIONS RANGE FROM $25.00/$75.00 per car.And just try to report them to county commissioner/ptc officers like I did.and they have a whole group of elected officials that will swarm down on you and ruin you just for blowing the whistle, if my lettering is too small, how can you use a name that's not even yours on the side of your truck.( you know who you are)So in the meanwhile continue to complain to the local sheriff,hills county consumer protection agency (they know ascension real well) (public records tell the whole story).You the victim should fight back in civil court, if you got the money, you can win.
