www.proflowers.com Load of nonsense, Didn't deliver even after 2 days passed. Bensalem, Pennsylvania

This is 2nd time when Proflowers rip off me, First time last year on Valentines day they didn't deliver the full items i orders, and flowers quality i selected was *deluxe* means the best they have and paid extra $ for that but what they deliver was old dying lower quality flowers.. That time i didn't bother to report cus i been super busy.
 This year  i  just placed simple order (82006539) and they set delivery schedule on  tuesday. well didn't get anything on Tuesday so i called Proflowers and asked the reason.. and assistant made excuse, *Sorry sir, our delivery dept lady is so sick* WTF who give the damn is she's sick send her home and let someone else do job,, so anyways she confirmed to deliver flowers next day... so next day again no delivery.. Call them back and they had nothing else to say but, "Oh we are apologies Sir." ..Go screw yourself and get life.. and they she try to set next seclude for delivery but i refused and asked for refund my money.. and she start making excuses,, so i threat to file dispute against them and they said we will refund your money within 1-3 business days but i don't believe they will.. so i am going to file dispute against them.
But that def upset me and ruined my whole Valentine day and my gf is so mad even i tried to explain to her but you know women.. anyways i just want to let everyone know to stay away from Proflowers or you'll lose your lover.
