On 11/15/2009 I purchased Free Registry Fix 2.2. It was supposed to use technology to that would enable me to get the best out of my computer. It included the ability to have a daily scan to identify and repair any Windows problems immediately. I have not been able to even use this program. I purchased it for 29.95 which they happily took from my bank account. The program was downloaded and when I use the program and do a scan it does tell me the things that are worng. Then when I go to click on the fix the problems tab it doens't do anything then I cannot get it off my screen. It then starts telling me to upgrade to what I already purchased. I tried calling the company and couldn't reach anyone. I did send an email and no response. I would really like my money back. Please help.
