I ordered 2 netbooks Nov 2011 for Christmas. Since then they have been returned for repair multiple times and the last time, even with the warranty, I had to send $40 with the repair. I never heard from them for 2 months. When I finally was able to get in touch with them the customer service rep told me to dispute the charges on my discover card and then they would refund my full purchase price and that they are not sending the netbooks back to me. Discover reversed the charges and now a month later Discover is putting the charge back on my account because Prosource wireless would never respond to them.
I have called and emailed several times with no response from this company. So now they have my netbooks worth $305.94 plus the $40 repair cost . I have reported them to the Better Business bureau. Called one last time to try and reach them and their mail box is full - imagine that!! It is most likely full of disgruntled customers
Do Not buy from this company -- their netbooks are trash and they will keep your money and will not answer their phones or emails. We need a class action suit against this company.

Another Pro-Source Wireless Victim

I am in the SAME boat as everyone else with Pro-Source. I've read through many of the complaints and It's aweful to see other people with the same exact problem. I returned an item that was not working properly (back in oct) and they assured me they would exchange it. Well, surprise, surprise NOTHING yet. We have called and emailed so many times - and of course now you can't even leave a message. They have told us so many lies that they literally cannot keep track of their own lies. I really feel like they have left town with all our money. Just wondering what other folks are doing about it. Is there anything that we CAN do? I was going to send another letter to them..but I'm sure it will be ignored like all my other contacts. Can BBB do anything or is this a hard lessoned learned?
