Providian is charging me for several incidents: late fees, overage fees, additional fees (refusing to accept documentation from me)that have caused me to owe over $200 additional amounts to my account. None of these are justified and they have refused to correct them. I closed my account but I'm having trouble paying off due to low income. I truly need assistance in this matter. I am sending information to the Federal Bank Regulatory Reporting Agency in Texas in an attempt to gain some help.
