This company is a total rip off..i have seen so many complaints about these people..even individuals that have came in contact with them tell you that they only want money..i got a vehicle from them in 2013,,the car now needs work done..when you ask for assistance with payments due to there non reliable car,,they will not wok with you..everybody in th office is rude..i dont know where they found the management because they are very rude,no customer service skills,,illiterate and cannot comprehend. .i tried to get assistance but was denied quoting that they are a small company and cant help you..i had the pleasure of speaking with a manager by the of andrea and was greeted by no empathy, ,ghetto as hell and sound like she didnt complete first grade..after numerous attempts to try to get assistance she denied it and said have a nice day in a sarcastic way..wow,,do they hire people off the street..i hate dealing with them,,if you are one day late you will get harassing calls all day..they play on your phone if you dont answer by calling from there on phones..they wont fix your car..i hope this company gets shut down..all they want is your money...DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY FOR A CAR AT ALL...DONT DO IT YOU WILL BE SORRY..I GUARANTEE YOU WILL BE MISERABLE. ...

You appear confused

You appear confused as to the terms of a loan agreement. A lender is not required to alter the terms of a loan agreement whether or not they sold you the merchandise. Empathy and service skills were not part of the agreement; therefore, you were not ripped off. It’s unclear as to why you expect them to fix your car.
