I have been with PA since 2008. I've given them 11 books, 6 of which are on the shelf right now.

They have never paid me royalties, my royalty statements say absolutely no sales! This is a lie!

I am not alone in this mess, there are quite a few of their authors who are suffering like this.

Reallly? At what bookstore? PA is a POD (publish on demand) type outfit. Your book is NOT actually published until someone actually ORDERS a copy.

If it truly is "on the shelf" somewhere, that would be astounding because in the past, PA did not allow an unsold book to be returned for a credit. Hence, bookstores will NOT ORDER the book for the purpose of putting it "on the shelf."

Can you prove any actual sales (other than by yourself?)

Unfortunately, you're probably locked in to a 7 year contract with them.

A little more info. would help, not many people are with publishers and know what a contract with them dictates.

What does the contract say? Does the contract allow them to do this?
