-1000 stars!! I am incensed while I am writing this. Where in the heck do I even begin!?!?!? KEVIN CHO (the service manager) is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my LIFE! You would think that a manager is there to solve customer issues/complaints but KEVIN exacerbated the situation. Please stay away from this dealership, I honestly do not know how they are even in business. Basically once you buy a car from them, they will shun you and treat you like dirt. KEVIN CHO how the heck did you become a manager? I was trying to explain my situation to you and you hang up on me? Really!?!?! I have had terrible service here from day 1 and gave you a chance do make it right with me and you tell ME that I am rude and that you are not willing to service my vehicle that is under warranty!?!? You kept telling me that I need a second opinion!?!? You haven't even given me a first opinion, you SIMPLETON! You are a sorry excuse for an employee, let alone a manager, what happened to customer service?

SARAH CRUZ is also insolent and ignores every request and sits in her office ALL DAY twinkling her toes!!! I know this because I have passed by her office on more than one occasion and all I see her doing is surfing the web and playing on her phone!! Do your job!! Toyota is not paying you to do what you should be doing on your break/lunch time.

PLEASE do yourself a favor and NEVER even step foot in this sorry excuse for a dealership, go to LONGO where they actually care about their customers and it is clearly evident by their ratings, don't just take it from me, read ALL the reviews and you will see that this dealership is pure garbage!!  This was a HUGE mistake on my part even stepping foot in this asinine dealership!! I am currently waiting on a call from the general manager, Nick Cardin to let him know how terrible/insolent/un-forthcoming  his employees are before I call corporate. (Needless to say I have yet to receive a call from him.)

DO NOT make the same mistake I did and give these guys ANY business, you will sorely regret it!! KEVIN CHO you are brazen and audacious to hang up on a paying customer. I did not buy a pair of shoes or pants, this was a $35,000 purchase and you treat me like scum. That may not be a lot of money to you Mr. CHO as you are a MANAGER? But for a lot of people like me it is the most they would spend on a purchase besides a Mortgage! I cannot fathom how you are a MANAGER, I really don't, you hung up on me!! That is like a spit in my face!! STAY AWAY PEOPLE, STAY AWAY!!!!
