I have been dealing wiith Hydro Phi

I have lost around 2 m € because of them from my own pocket.

We also suferred explotions on Madrid local buses.

After more than three years of trade relations with you, and after our many demands to solve the problems caused by your company to our customers, we feel obliged to defend our interests.

Our company, as you know for a long time, has been taking on responsibilities to support the branding, marketing and field trials of Hydro Phi’s product with no guarantees.  We have purchased prototype products with no real testing or data being paid for and done by Hydro Phi before selling us these products.  PuraEco has borne the burden and costs of Hydro Phi’s failure.

The consequences of failing to deliver a finished product in multiple lawsuits have resulted in our company. Our customers no longer rely on Hydro Phi and neither do we; so it is our intention not to continue our business relationship with you…let this letter serve as our notice of cancellation of any and all agreements, LOI’s and MOU’s signed with Hydro Phi for the just cause of Hydro Phi’s continued failure. Even, as noted above, threatening to accuse our company and continue to promote the Hydro Phi scam by misinformation via email and pone calls is nothing more than propaganda.

We had hoped to present solutions and solve matters on our trip to Houston, but was denied; therefore, unfortunately we can not and will not do any more business with Hydro Phi. We have tried to resolve the situation through dialogue so many times without any result. Our efforts have demonstrated that we wanted to come to agreement before situations would be cumbersome and costly for both companies. Mr. Slotkin’s obstinance, arrogance and indifference to our efforts made the profesional resolution of our differences imposible; so, we did not elaborate on the responses we obtained from him about our demands – the failure of Hydro Phi’s product and management/technical support is well documented.

We demand return money to our customers as promised and according to the Hydro Phi guranatee’s -- that is the mínimum that we ask.  The mere return of our money will not in any way restore the reputation or repair the economic damage to our company both from operational costs and lost opprotunity costs.  If we attempted to account for these cost, it would run into the millions.

It is our intention to avoid more serious consequences to our company and personal reputations as a direct result of every failure and false promise made by Hydro Phi that happened during the last three years.  We have nothing left to believe except that Hydro Phi has been a scam from the beginning and has no intention of doing real business, much less honorable business.

First at all, we don´t know who is the last person who wrote it. We bought 8 units. None of them worked for more than a week. It seemed they were just testing them on our trucks, but they got paid 11.500 $ per item. It wasn´t just 1 unit or 2, there were 8 of them. We own specialised trucking workshops and our transport company has been in the market for more than 60 years and has a great reputation (more than 100 trucks). It´s obvious that we are very knowledgeable about trucking engines.

Our company trusted Hydrophi because they gave us a 6 months warantee money back that unfortunately, never happened. In fact, we bought 2 new version units and one performed poorely and the other one exploded. Hydrophi sent us a technical assistant with a promise they would repair the unit and reinstall it on the truck, however he uninstalled it, took the machine away and disappeared. We have not heard anything neither from him nor about the machine since then. After that, we asked for the money back and closed down our distributor agreement- we never received the money. We even crossed the Atlantics to talk to them about it with other American distributors who were in the same case with us. However, until now nothing happened because they had no money and were more interested in looking for investors and go public (stock market) than in the product itself or their customers- our company.

We are in contact with at leat 5 American distributors who found themselves in a situation similar to ours. In case you may have some questions and/ or would like to get more information on the matter, we have their phone numbers and other contact information. We have visited Hydrophi about 5 times in the last 3 years and we know them very well. We don't want to do business with them anymore, we just want our money back.

If anyone need further information please write me to raimundovalencia@gmail.com and I will be more than happy to provide it.

We are a small- privately owned technology company with a noteable staff of professionals and dedicated employees all of whom worked to assist Pura but no matter what assistane was offered-  Pura only did what they wished.      Our business relationship was only with Pura- as is evidenced by executed agreements, etc. and the relationship Pura had with its clients was solely that-  between Pura and its clients-   Despite carefully worded and executed distribution agreements Mr. Martinez seems not to understand the scope and structure of the agreement.

We will entertain a dialogue with any of Pura's former cleints ( as we understand from Mr. Martinez they are no longer in business and he has no desire to stay in this secdtor ) to effecuate a mutually agreement methodology to field the new technology and satisfty ther technical requirements.

Mr. Raimundo Martinez embarked on a business venture with our company some 3 years ago-  2 years prior to my joining HydroPhi as its CEO.  From the start I realized that Mr. Martinez and his staff are all well-meaning folks without any serious business experience, an acuate inability to following directions and guidlines and a unique abiltiy to spend lots of money (  according to Mr. Matinez - much of his familiies money ).   As what appears to only be a marketing company with little to no technical experience ( especially on behalf of Mr. Martinez ) their team had full knowledge that this was technology being fielded for the first time, quite experimental but requiring detailed attention to instructions and protocol- little of which has been followed.

Despite this, we attempted to introduce a brand new ,  field robust technology, successfully operating in the united states-  whereupon receipt of the Pura folks managed to destroy the first units.  Despite carefully communicated directions both on the older technology and new technology Mr. Martinez did only what he wanted and ended up with unsatisfactory results.   We have offered to work with each client to launch new technoogy and accurately communicate issues from the past.  The resutl:  Mr. Martinez has made continuous threats,  offered bribes, boasted his actions were only for show for his clients and all in writing.

Pura was awarded an technolgoy grant from a tech- initiative between Valencia and MIT Univ.-  but he director of the program informed me personally he has no interest in any further contact with Pura-  why-   my assumption lack of professionalsim,  etc.
