We rented a car from National in Jackson Wyoming. Because of previous problems with Alamo/National AND Purco, we examined the car carefully and even asked that some scratches be added to the description.

Brought the car back and the dealer was so small and busy that he simply handed us the rental papers and we left.

Weeks later received a large envelope in the mail with the information that there was a CHIP on the windshield and that we would be charged $557.00 to fix it.

I have refused to pay. And am glad I did after seeing the other negative reports featuring Purco and Alamo/National!
