After a free so called trial of Acai berry, i was not satisfied, so I canceled the order. They continued to send the product after cancelation. I filed a dispute with my cardholder and told them I did not want to purchase any products from these people- I returned the product certified mail. About a month later I received a letter stating the dispute was settled and that my credit card would not be charged again. That was July 2009. Now Dec. 2010, I began getting calls to my business from a collection agency who says they represent the company. I stated I did not owe them. They are continuing to call all through the Christmas holidays repeatedly multiple times a day.
