Pure Performance Golf Labs If you are not a scratch golfer they cannot/will not help you Naples Florida

In April I was in Naples, FL on vacation and took the opportunity to get a full bag golf club fitting from Pure Performance Golf Labs, listed as a Top 100 Clubfitter by Golf Digest. 

I was told the fitting would take approximately four hours.  Instead it was performed in only 2 1/2 hours and I believe this was part of the problem.  It seemed that Brandon Collier, the owner and fitter who worked with me, wanted to be done wiht me as quickly as possible. 

Brandon had me hit my six iron which I infomed him I do not use because I hit a six hybrid.  Still, I was fit based on the results of the six iron.  I was fit to Ping G Max Irons.  Four weeks later my clubs finally arrived.  I set up to them and the toe was sticking straight up in the air.  I noticed they had been manufactured with Yellow Dot heads which are 1.5 degrees upright which I knew was not correct as my previous Ping Irons were Karsten (almost the exact same head as the G Max) and were fit as Orange Dot which is 2.25 degrees flat (fit by a certified Ping fitter).  I called PPGL and Joel who actually manufactured the clubs and he informed me Ping must have mismarked the irons and they were actually black dot which is flat.  Joel even admitted he thought of painting the dot so I would not know I received the wrong heads; tell me they have no integrity.  I also contacted Ping and they informed me it was virtually impossible the irons were incorrectly marked for lie due to a very stringent QC process.  However, PPGL let me send the clubs back for some tweaking.  They did something to the irons; I don't know what because they did not tell me and would not return my calls.  What I can tell you is the clubs were not made to the correct specifications and when I played them I hit them shorter than my previous set and no where near the distances the fitting showed I should get.  So, to verify this I went to a certified Ping club fitter in Memphis and hit both my previous set and the new set manufactured by PPGL and he verified I hit the new clubs shorter.  PPGL has ceased any contact or attempts to rectify this situation so I am stuck with $1300 worth of golf clubs that I cannot use. 

I am certain PPGL gets more fittings right than wrong but if they get it wrong do not expect them to make it right!
