I first found Pure Serenity, LLC on a Groupon ad. I purchased the "deal" and had a difficult time recovering the service at first. Jennifer Falls, the owner, had a good excuse - I believed her. She offered another deal to make up for her bad behavior, a buy two massages and get one free. My husbands birthday was coming up in August, and I purchased the deal. I had one massage and two hours before my husbands' massage , the second massage of the deal, she texted me and said her son was ill and she would call to reschedule. She never called to reschedule, she has one excuse after another. I had a third massgae scheduled for September 19. On the 16th I called Jennifer Falls. Jennifer became belligerant and verbally abusive - she has generally become untrustworthy at this point. I cancelled the upcoming apointment and reported her to BBB on Sept 17. Her responses to the BBB have been abusive in nature, she has lied in her statements and in gerneral, been deceptive on all counts. I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs! If you have been a vicitim, report them!!!! There is no telling how many consumer victims this company has. I checked them out on BBB and there were no reports- I wish I had been warned. With any luck, the BBB will report this behavior and the company will recieve the"F" rating they have so feverantly won.
