PureCanvas ripped me off West Palm Beach Florida

PureCanvas is a complete joke of a company.  I purchased two Groupons for Canvas prints.  I ordered my prints before the expiration of the groupon. I Was given order Numbers for each print.  They were orderd Dec 31, 2014 and to this day (March 5, 2015) I have still not received my canvas prints.  When I check my order status on their website they say processing.  

I have tried to contact this complany several times via email and by phone.  This is where the company becomes a big joke. They do not answer their phones.  You can not speak to a live person.  You punch the button for the company directory and it just takes you back to the beginning.  I have sent several emails and have not received any response.

They had absolutely no problem charging my credit card for the shipping of the canvases that have never been sent.  Do not do business with this company.
