Non Existant Service

The most recent spotty connection including complete outage started approximately seven days ago for me. I'm very disgrunteled to say the least as live rural but always had service in the past. I'm paying for Unlimited Talk & Text plus Web access and have use of only very limited text if I'm lucky, I was able to send only '1' this morning April 26!
While I listed Pure Talk USA, hearafter 'PT', as being the cause I firmly believe it all hinges on AT&T who PT called, or claimed they did, about out my situation of not being able to make calls or receive much of any data and told me I'd just have to learn to deal with it! ?? That AT&T didn't have to guarantee coverage. Ya, right, deal with it but keep paying for survice even though I'm not getting. Ya, right!?
I'm a 69 yr. old Caucasian Male, I live in the foothills and for most of the past six years PT conection was good but for at least the last two weeks connectivity sure has been falling off.
I wonder how many others are in a similiar situation?
