i placed an order with Pyramid Collections, and all i got was my money taken from my account, and only the run around in return for my money! they never shipped my items. when they were late getting to me, (i paid for express delivery, but gave them an extra day, just incase!), i called them. they said that they had a problem with my bank. (however, when i called my bank, they had no clue what i was talking about, and told me they approved the order without delay.). when i asked why no one called any of my phone numbers, or sent me an email, they could not answer that.

they told me my order would be re-sent, immediately. so i waited. i got a msg from my bank saying i was overdrawn. i knew i hadnt placed any charges on that card, so i called them, to find out that Pyramid collections charged (or tried to) me again!! ...even tho they already charged me for 3 way over priced items, (but i was going out of town so i was in a pinch for time and wanted something new to wear). well, they never sent it again, because they werent able to charge me again, because i hadnt the money in the account because they already got it all! so i spoke to them several times over 2 and a half weeks. they kept telling me they would "drop off the charge", but it would take 21 BUSINESS DAYS!!! ...what?!! 

then they tried to charge me a 3rd time, but again, they already got all of my money on that payroll card! 

just yesterday, they faxed a letter to my bank (so they SAID, but we know how that goes, already!), to release the hold on my money. then bright and early this morning, i was woken to my cell phone telling me i had another almost 200.00 charge on my account. ...but i hadnt even woken up yet to MAKE the charge! so i got on my bank statement online to find the charge was from a company i did not recognize. so i called the company, and low and behold, what pyramid did, was they charged me for the SAME SHIPPMENT, with the SAME ORDER NUMBER!!!!

so i spoke to them again, and asked wtf happened, and someone named tiffany told me that they are not, under any circumstances, supposed to cross order numbers with different companies. ...and they would fax my bank YET ANOTHER letter, to release the hold on my account. so now, i am 200.00 short on my important bills, because they are holding up 400.00 of my money, and i STILL have received nothing but the run around!!! this company has 13 different names. i dont know all of them, but so far, their web pages all look the same. so u can go to pyramidcollection.com and compare.

be aware of this company. they will charge you for things that u did not order, just because they have ur credit card info! when i wanted the long sleeve items, it was cold outside. but seriously, this is texas, in about a week, it will be 102 degrees again. hopefully, they will get it straight soon, as i do need my money. ..especially the money i did not authorize them to charge! they have very poor customer service as well. what a mess! i have spent about 15 hours of my time on the phone with them over the last 2 & 1/2 weeks, and thats just WRONG WRONG WRONG!!
