My wife and daughter stopped at the mall and were talked into entering this shop where they did my daughters hair with a flat iron. They offered a 'deal' on the flat iron.  But the deal is only good right now, not later today. They offered  a 7 day return, 14 day exchange policy.  However written on the receipt is 'no returns'.

That very same day they refused to allow me to return the item and said they never offer any returns.  I was lying to them.  They stated that returns are handled by the manufacturer.  The manufacturer does not repsond to emails of phone calls.

The same flat iron is on Amazon for $50 less than we paid.

There are at least a hundred consumer complaints on the manufacturers PTY facebook page.

Make sure you call your mall management if this was in a mall.  Call your states consumer protection organization, call your credit card company.  Call your local TV stations consumer reporter.
