Again, the claim is not true. We have at no time ver changed the policies in regards to anything dealing with this sale. Mr. Joseph assumed one thing and the reality is another.

The individual who filed this complaint is unjustifed in his statement. He did not state what our company is nor what it does. We are an advertising firm who produces a product that is distributed nation wide. Joeseph is complaining that our policies changed after he was sold. This is untrue. Our plocy states all sales are final, as to which he was appropriatly informed. By his own statements he was trying to do no more than get his money because he "had no time" to follow up with ad copy from his end. No company in their policies include a clause that states because you are busy you can get your money back. We are a company based on ethics, and we are not trying to swindle anyone out of their money. We produce a viable, useful product for use by consumers and advertisers natin wide.
