Purchased a time sensitive stamp from Quick Stamp & Sign Mfg. for an event by way of their website, www.qrstamp.com. When we received the stamp it was misspelled which was their error. Contacted the company by way of email on their website asking them to contact us because of the mistake. We never received an email back so we called the company at 337-232-2171 and left a message to call us back. Again we never received a call back. We had to purchase the stamp from another vendor with a rush charge to get it in time. Never received a refund or a call back. Poor service and poor customer care.

If there is truly a complaint with your company, why won't you present the customers name to quickly resolve this stupidity. No complaints have ever been received from this customer by email or phone calls.
