quail ridge apartments owner,landlord,both current apartment managers,and maintaince man are involved with laundering,extortion,with money and conspiracy. they also have the roseville police dept involved in this. discrimination,harassment,toxic black mold poisoning,laundering $5.5 million dollars from the city,extortion,violent roseville California

 the apartment complex has been having a severe toxic black mold problem in all the buildings for the past 10 years. the problem has got so bad that the tenants begun to have major health issues,including toxic black mold poisoning,and even death has occured as a result. well about 5 years ago, a maintaince man discovered that the mold problem has got way out of control and contacted the city of roseville about the issue. well after he complained and warned the residents,the city of roseville has awarded the owner and landlord 5.5 million dollars to get rid of the toxic black mold problem. well after that,the maintaince guy was fired and then he filed a lawsuit. the landlird has offered a settlement to that maintaince guy to keep him silent,bc the owner and landlord has been laundering the 5.5 million dollars and not addressing the toxic black mold problem. meanwhile the tenants have been getting severely sick,and a few has died bc of the problem with the toxic black mold. anyone that has filed a complaint with the city for this issue has been harassed and discriminated for filing a complaint and got harassed so bad that they were forced to move out. 9 months ago,i filed a complaint with the city,and tge landlord and owner were forced to use a little bit of the money to repair the outside of the buildings but not the living areas of the buildings where the worse of the toxic black mold has been growing. 4 months ago I filed another complaint with the city,and ever since me,my wife,and my service dog has been getting harassed and discriminated and as a result of the retaliation by the landlord for no reason gave me a 3 day notice to either fet rid of my service dog or vacate the premises. that violates the american disability act rights bc my service dog is certified with certification and registered to help me with my disavilities. also the landlord and owner,as well as the apartment managers have been harassing and discriminating other tenants that have recently complained to the city to drive them out of their homes. recently the landlord and owner of quail ridge apartments have been spiking up the rent to pay for the repairs while the landlord,owner,apartment managers keep the 5.5 million dollara. this is all illegal and its time to take action. please help us with this. I will fully coporate with you as I have contacted several govt agencies and have contacted seceral local new stations about this please help as soon as you get this. we the tenants need as much as possible to put the owner,landlord,apartment manafers behind bara for breaking several laws and regulations.
