I finally requested a refund via email (have never been able to speak to an actual person) and my order status changed the day of my email to Refunded. Ultimately, shows that the Roman Shades were never shipped after all. As of today (Nov 8, 2012), i have been told my refund has been processed and should post tomorrow......not sure that this information is true because i have been told so many lies. Customer beware - i would not advise anyone to order from this company. I am a single parent with limited income and i really believe i have been scammed.
