Quality Wholesale Homes/DSH Housing /Brock Henning President STOLE $2500 ,All the savings I had Irving Texas

In March 2008 I was called by a salesman for Quality Wholesale homes and was assured I would qualify for a manufactured home. After obtaining my $2500 "Deposit"

As time passed I kept getting the same response...It should be going to a lender soon. Well "soon" finally came 6 months later and then was told I did not qualify for financing.

I then asked for my $2500 "deposit" back and was told by the president of the company, Brock Henning, that they were not in the business of refunding money. I then contacted a lawyer and a "Demand Letter" was sent to the company.....

Mr Brock Henning wrote back stating that that I was well aware of the fact that I would not be getting a refund and that they would keep the $2500.
