I have been a member of Quest Savers since 2003. In the first couple of years i was able to access the web site associated with this club. Every month since April of 2003, they have deducted $8.95 from my checking account.

Have not tried to access the web site until recently. Was not able to travel. But several months ago my grand daughter was flown to Mott Childrens cancer center in Ann Arbor, Mi. I tried to get on the web site to check prices and reserve a motel room.

I tried every password i have used. I have written down the password so i would always have it available in case i forgot it.It would not work. I went to the forgot password linc and it did not recognize my info.

I called the membership phone number. They told me the site was under construction and would be available in a few days. It was not. I called again. This person told me they no longer handled Quest Savers, but did not know who. I called again and this person told me she would send member info about motels. I waited several weeks. Called again. Another promise to send info. The material arrived a few days ago. It does not have the book with motels listed by states. The letter i received with it said it was enclosed. All the info to reach them was the same as in the beginning. Web site and phone numbers.

I called again. I could not talk to Scott King because there was too many people and she would not be able to locate him. Then they tell me quest savers is no longer in existance. So who is getting my monthly fee? They don't know that either. The travel center listed on their info is just that and not associated with quest saver. This report is the only thing I know of to try to get answers and refund.
