Quick Rod Sewer Rodding charged me $225.00 to rod my sewer --next day it was going down slow again- they hung up on me when i called Hobart Indiana

On 09-16-15 I called Quick Rod Sewer Rodding (their add says Licensed,Bonded,Insured,warranty)) they came in about an hour with A small machine 2" cutter And ony about 90 foot of drive cable (I told them when I called "at least 110 Ft. When I questioned their small machine and cutter The gut kept telling me no problem "we"ll get it I aint no dummy" well they couldnt reach the clog --or the machine couldnt cut the roots-- SO then they put a rubber bladder down the cleanout and tried that --the sewer then went down after a couple trys--BUT the net day my toilet was going down slow again--I called them back and again questioned the size of the cutter 2" and the size of the machine-- The guy again told me "i aint no dummy"  I said what you did didnt work NOW WHAT ? he hung up on me--when I called back he didnt answer I kept getting voice mail --I left him a message about treating customers bad and I would tell everyone and I would not let this go --I was charged $225.00-- by these clowns and no warranty like their adds say----let me say that I have had to get my sewer rodded before because of tree roots--(this guy wouldnt believe me that it was roots)(even marked on my reciept paper in line) and had the smallest machine I ever saw anyone use and no other time did any one come up short of the clog with the cutter like these guys  I figure they cut a 2" hole thru the roots and the next day tp etc. started to gather again  THEY have never called me back Im sure I'll have to call someone else To get it done right
