Was contacted by Jacob for a re-finance. He explained everything and lastly re-quested my credir card

info to process the "Good Faith" deposit which he said would be returned if the loan did not process. I hesitated

and questioned this but he kept reassuring me that this money would only be taken if the loan went through. I finally gave him my cc info. based on the numbers he'd given me over the phone. It was supposed to be for $168,000 refinance-and he told me my payments would be approx. $80 less monthly. These are the figures I agreed to and that is why I gave him the "Good Faith" $$ to start the process. Within a few days they had all my info and I was contacted to set-up a closing date. When thery read me the figures I woild be closing on they were NOT the same that I agreed to initially. The amount had increased to $171,000 after questioning this I decided to back out and cancel on the spotg. They were hesitant and dragged me along for a few more weeks trying to get me to sign-expaining that they were trying to hit a moving target. I still wanted to cancel. A few days later they cancelled stating that I was no longer approved.  When I got my cc statement they had taken most of the "Good Faith "$$ actually refunded me $103 of the $500. They changed the loan amounts after I signed off digitally. Do NOT use this company-they are kinda shady folks!! Buyer BEWARE!!!! They have LOST all of my business and I will spread the word via social media about my negative experience with them!
