6 months ago I started a new full time job. Part of my Job is anwering the phone. I wear 2 hearing aides and needed amplification for the phone. I purchased a unit from Radio Shack as my company couldn't get me what I needed for 1 week. Radio shack assured me that I could return it when my job furnished what I needed.
I couldn't get to the store to return it for 6 months because of the hours I work. I finally made it there to retun the unit and they would not take it back...period. It had been too long. I had it in the original container and took care of it as I new it would vbe returned. The owner of the store was very rude too.

I shop at my local RadioShack ALOT!! They give you 30 days. Thats one whole month. Im 100% sure that you were given time off of work within that first 30 day return period. You are acting like a spoiled child. You have a overly inflated impression of your own importance in the world. If YOU couldnt be bothered to make your RETURN within the time frame allowed on your reciept then thats all on you. As for the manager "Being Rude" I HIGHLY doubt that. Im also a betting man and once YOU did not get your way YOU became abusive and verbally assaulted the employees. Its stupid little twits like yourself that make working retail a pain. YOU think that YOU are exempt from the rules and policies that EVERYONE has to play by. And when you dont get your way, you post a fake report.

RadioShack really told you that they would basically loan you a hearing device for an indeterminant period of time for free?
I somehow doubt that.
