HAD SMALL PROBLEMS BUT NEVER REPORTED THEM. NOW I HAVE HUGE PEOBLEMS AND LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES OVER TWO DAYS. NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE UNTIL TWO DAYS LATER. RECEIVED THE NASTIEST CALL I EVER RECEIVED AND I AM 89 YEARS OLD. TODD WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO TALK TO EXPLAIN THAT I DID NOT KNOW WHEN I CALLED SEVERAL NUMBERS--ALL THESE CALLS WERE GOING TO THE SAME PLACE AND HE WAS IRATE. I DIDN'T KNOW THE CALLS WERE GOING TO THE SAME NUMBER, WHEREUPON I DECIDED TO GO TO GOOGLE TO DISCOVER WHETHER OR NOT THIS COMPANY WAS OR IS STILL IN BUSINESS. TODD THE N CALLED AND DID NOT ALLOW ME TO SAY ANYTHING. HE CALLED ME A NASTY PERSON WHICH I AM NOT. WHEN I TRIED TO TALK TO HIM HE WAS VERY VERY ABUSIVE.AND THEN CUT ME OFF.
Had gutters installed by this company a few years ago. Experienced a few small problems which became worse over time. I did not report the small problems in the past. When I called a few days ago and left a message it went unanswered. So today I called several numbers listed on this company's business card not realizing all numbers went to one central location whereupon I received the most abusive call I ever received. i tried to explain -- however he just ranted on and on and did not allow me to speak. He told me, an 80-year-old woman I was nasty, which is far from the truth--I just wanted to explain. He was not listening and then he hung up on me. Prior to his call I decided to go to GOOGLE to check whether or not this company was/is still in business. It is still currently in business. all I was seeking was customer service.

I met with Mrs. Johnson Friday July 31st. Rain Control Aluminum did not install her gutters. I determined the problem to be leaking at all elbows and gutters had the wrong pitch. The owner is contemplating having a landscape company install underground piping.
