rainbow vacuum air cleaning system Rainbow rep who demonstrated for me and 3 of my friends has not gotten paid,I have not received my rewards, And my friends have not received their options ordered. We are told everything is on backord Elkhart, Indiana

A rainbow air cleaning system rep demonatrated a vacuum for me, followed up on 3 references, sold 2 vacuums.  I was promised a small air filtering system for ea.2 demos, & $100.00 for ea. sales. He said he gets paid for ea. demo,sold or not. I have not received my promised rewards,he has not gotten paid, & the people who bought have not received the options they ordered with their vacuum. He tells me the company says "Everything is on backorder". This is a young man with a family, & his wife was just diagnosed with cancer. He has no other job. This is not right for him as an employee, or for his customers ! I yearn for one of these vacuums because I have a lot of allergies & health problems, but I can't afford one. They are very expensive. My efforts to help him out have been in vain.  I see them elsewhere on line for much less,but that won't solve the whole problem. What can be done?

Backorders

If you look on the REXAIR website (the manufacturers of the Rainbow) you will see that they are built in Michigan.  Have you called the local Rainbow office?  The dealer is an Independent Dealer and not all offices are ran the same.  If the office doesn't help call Rexair directly.   All offices are owned independently.

I spoke with Bob who is no longer running a store, trying to get aholed of this Terry Richards to try to find out who you are that is complaining, so that I can try to help resolve your complaint. I left you my phone number, please call me, my name is Gregg, I can't help you if you don't contact me  and if I don't know how to contact you. What ever deals were made I don't know, but I assure you I can resolve this problem. I have been over seeing this northern part of Indiana since 1992. This is in response to Greg Longacre's answer to the previous comments. It appears that he either doesn't know all the people with Rainbow or he is not being entirely truthful. I have had dealings with this person (Bob?) who is still working with Mr. Longacre. He just keeps changing locations every few months. How many other people / employees will "Bob" (Terry?) take advantage of, and how long will others cover for them? Is "Terry" working with or for "Bob"? I still have not received promised rewards and know of others not paid as promised... Good product, people involved??

My name is Gregg Longacre, I am the regional distributor for the state of IN, I'm not the owner of the store that was on Nappanee St. They have gone out of business, although I am somewhat concerned about this complaint. It sounds like you are speaking of Terry Richards, who was still working for the store in Mishawaka, a few months ago and he did get paid for all of his sales, Now as far as any agreements he made with you, I would like to know, because we do offer a refferall program but it isn't for money, it would be for the air cleaners and other Rainbow attachments if the required amount of demos were done. We have since opened another store in Elkhart, and their business is fine with no complaints, I can be contacted at 574-320-9900. Thank you
