We just moved to the Seattle area. They installed a steel roof on our house in September 2015. The roof seemed OK at first, but when it rains hard it leaks around the chimney and vent. 
Also, the wind blew a lot of water right thru the vent pipe into the kitchen.
I don't trust them to fix it correctly, and I will have to hire someone else to fix it right.
They also installed new rain gutters on the entire house. The gutters seem to be of good quality, but they did a poor job installing it. They didn't clean the surfaces after they removed the old rain gutters. So there are twigs and pieces of the old asphalt shingles stuck between the new gutter and the house facia board. Also, the end of the facia boards are in bad shape and they didn't bother to ask me if I wanted them removed. They installed the gutter right up against the rotting facia boards and it looks quite bad.
