In my opinion, these brothers have a fee generating scheme that completely ignores client wishes, desires and budget. Not to mention they are apparrently ignorant of local building codes. Instead of creating your dream home, office or retreat, they impose upon you their own overscaled, riduculous plan without regard to any logic, code, custom, budget or customer input. Then I had to endure their arrogance that they simply "know better", what is "right fo you!" Next come the revisions and the associated charges simply to get back to or at least closer to what you wanted in the first place. All of which, of course is my fault. My experience was any thing but professional, pleasant, productive or useful. A common theme that I have heard more than once. I would never reccomend these architects for any project, even if I were only designing an outhouse or doghouse. Two years later I still do not have a realistic plan that resembles what we asked for and still drastically beyond the stated budget.
