The Rancho Cucamonga Family Advocacy Group Announces Another Consumer Warning For Familys, Husbands, Wifes, Mothers, Fathers and Children Looking To Retain A Family Law or Divorce Attorney.

Consumers, it has come to our attention that Attorney Jonathon Zitney and Attorney Peter Pittullo are creating shell legal offices in which to operate out of.   They are working to shield and market themselves under the following names:

Rancho Family Law Group - Formed in 2016

Schwartzberg & Luther - Working together on cases for many years, supposedly merged offices with Jonathon Zitney and Peter Timothy Pittullo marketing themsleves under Schwartzbergy & Luther in 2015 using the firm's website, AVVO and California State Bar Listing.  

Supposedly Zitney and Pittullo left in late 2016 but according to court employees they still continue to do cases together and work together.  Remember consumers, that Schwartzbergy & Luther were marketing the merger of their firm with Pittullo, Barker & Associates and Jonathon Zitney. They touted how wonderful it was to merge with Peter Timothy Pittullo and his legacy of lawsuits, malpractic cases, arrests, foreclosure, SBA loan default and pushing another female attorney. These guys were so stupid that they thought consumers would actually run to work with them and that the long ugly legacy of P. Timothy Pittullo (the same guy that was arrested for being under the influence) was actually an asset to their business. They actually thought that having the over-the-hill and inept Attorney Pittullo and questionable Attorney Jonathon Zitney was a good thing for business and the families they would represent. Really crazy!!!   These guys are not looking out for families or children. They are looking out for their pocketbook.

Consumers - ask other attorney's in the area and you will hear the long stories about Pittullo, Zitney, Luther and Scwartzberg. What they say will be pretty shocking.  When you engage with these guys you will get inflated legal fees, bad sanctionable behavior that runs up client liability and bills, unethical tactics, a shell game of liability insurance and many many unhappy families and clients. And, would you hire an attorney who did not pass the bar the first time around? Ask around, and you will learn some crazy stuff on these guys. Should they be representing you and your family?

When our watchdog group got wind of what was happening from all our court employee friends and associates  we at first laughed and then we knew that consumers had to be warned of the shady goings-on.

Consumers - these law offices are all linked. They are all shell fronts for marketing purposes and these attorney are indeed working together. They engage in false advertising, changing their online marketing when the wind shifts direction and they all are advocates and idealize the notorious Peter Timothy Pittullo....an attorney who has been arrested multiple times and who has inappropriately harmed other women.  This is an attorney who himself in a malpractice case claimed that he was not capable of representing a client.   Yet, Attorney Sagi Schwartzberg, Attorney Michael Luther and Attorney Jonathon Zitney and Attorney Therese M. Zartman think he is great and worth staking their business reputations on...and partner with Pittullo.  Screws are officially loose on this one folks.
