Randall Isenberg Law Firm Total Ripoff! Terrible "Attorney" Dallas Texas

 We contacted this "Attorney" after our son was in an accident and responding officials thought he was intoxicatted. 18 months later and after paying $8,000 upfront we finally learn that he wasn't drunk but was just in an accident that rolled his jeep on to railroad tracks. He was only 20 at the time and spent the night in jail on suspicion. We hired Randall Isenberg Law Firm to help him because he had never been in trouble before and is a good person. Mr Isenberg never actually helped in any way and passed his case on to a junior level "want to be" attorney. Having already paid upfront, the county took 18 months to produce his toxicology report showing he was under legal limits and having no prior incidents we expected that the case would be thrown out. Instead, this "Attorneys" office helped him plead to a vehicular obstruction charge and we had to pay all the same fees of a DUI. Our son was also put on probation, given community service and ordered to call in every week to his probation officer. He is now 23 and is spending the weekend in jail because he violated his probation by having a beer 3 years later. This law firm sucks and appears to pray only on repeat offenders that have no money. Do not use them if you are a law abiding citizen with means to pay. My son could have represented himself and done better than they did. Look for a real law firm that actually has a attorney that cares!
