I obtained Ms Deleon after I was injured on a city bus. I filed previously on my own. She was referred by Legal Aid. She told me my case was worth half a million dollars. I was 53, exceptionally healthy, no meds, no surgeries and now I am disabled from the accident. I reported to her as my atty, that the trolley slammed the doors on my legs, and she said or did nothing. I also told her the trolley step did not come out and I misstepped and she said "You did not tell the ER it was MTS did you" I left voice messages on her cell phone. She told me the judge ordered mediation and she would start at $14,000. She did not use any figure and her and MR Rechs just yelled at me with the arbitrator to take $500.00  I was not disabled when I got onto the bus. The bus was not suppose to be out of the yard, it did not have rubber on the door. The polie did not come, the driver would not call the ambulance at first and the supervisor did not come, I went in the ambulance. I have permenant nerve damage and complex regional pain syndrome. I was in physical therapy but can only walk slow and not very far. I have chronic pain and my left leg is disfigured from the trolley door. Now also, I had a concussion on bus 5, mechanical error, I had a woman fall on me on bus 44 and I had a bus driver tell patrons to hit me as they board the bus. 7

I filed a complaint took a pic in my cell phone and it was stolen. I sleep near the sheriffs office and I had never been robbed before. MTS is retaliating and intimidating and brutal because there is a tape and I am innocent. The dfense lawyer told me you will never get a p enny and they wont look at one piece of evidence. Sounds like San Diego justice. The judge said on the record. "I dont know what your lawyer did or didnt do" And she did not ask to get out until trial. I was never at court except once. I did not know what was going on. She did not help me get good medical care. This is a case of legal malpractice and bad faith insurance fraud. I still doctor and have been anable to work for four years. I worked 38 yerars and i am still denied ss.  I paid into the system. I worked very hard 7 days a week.  I cant focus and I hace been living on the streets for two years. My life is hard and my burdon is heavy, but I cannot get help. I needed professionalism when I met her. When I was to meet with her for thirty minutes for the mediation conference, I had a friend with me. SHe kept calling my cell and telling me to meet her here, no over here, no over here. She wasted the thirty minutes so she did not give me any direction of no discussion took place, no time. What was her and the lawyer Mr Rechs doing for that 30 minutes. On my time. My case. Just Imagine. So fiile a lawsuit against MTS and they will beat you up on the bus and trolleyr for putting them on the record. Its not how you play the game, its that you win.  My atty did not do a deposition on the driver, no interroratories or anything. nothing. My case no. is 0097345. Filed in 2012.  I  can talk about this to anyone who wants to talk to me about it but I must meet in person and have proof that you are not a friend of Melissa or otherwise.
