This guy is straight out of the con artist book. He is a smooth talker with a calm, reassuring deameanor who has a story that sounds completely believable -- DON'T!
He claims that he is the beneficiary of a trust that was set up by his father and that he can use the trust for certain purposes like paying bills, but he cannot get cash from the trust.
He claims that the money is from some oil and gas well land lease that his father owns in Texas. He even has a statement showing his name on the account with approx. $500,000 balance.
His deal is that he will pay your bills and/or your credit card balance for you and then you give him 40% of the payment on the back-end. That way, you get your bills paid and he gets a way to extract cash from his account.
He makes the payment and you see it credited to your card - or bill - and you pay him right away. The problem is, the account he is making the payments from is CLOSED. By the time your credit card company or the bank or whomever you have paid discovers this, he has already made off with the 40% you paid him and then he never communicates with you again.
He is a complete scumbag, straight out of the scumbag school. Watch out for him.

So YOU were a WILLING participant in a form of fraud and when YOU get burned from it, YOU whine about it. Typical!!!!Go away because YOU are a victim of YOUR GREED!!!! Obviously this is a scam. ANYONE with half a brain cell to spare would see this. There is MORE to all of this that YOU are not telling anyone. YOU were supposed to get something from all of this but didnt. So when YOU got burned YOU were expecting something. Im sure if the SCAM that you BOTH were a part of paid out YOU would have kept quiet about it instead of alerting the proper authorities like a good solid upstanding CITIZEN.
