Randy's Home Center Ripped me off, scammed me on the sale and failed to complete setup and serrvces. I now have a brand new mobile home that cannot be lived in. Tuscumbia Alabama

I purchased a new Mobile Home in April 2015, and under the agreement the Air Conditioning and Heating were included in the Purchase with Installation. It has been five (5) months since the original purchase and almost two (2) months since the Mobile Home was delivered and set up and it is still not INHABITABLE as there is no Air Conditioning or Heating per the original agreement/contract. I am a disabled Verteran rated at 90% disability and need to have surgery, so I purchased the Mobile Home to Live in while I recovered as my home is a Tri-Level and I can't do the stairs after my surgery. I explained this to my Sales Agent at Randy's Home Center, The Mobile hpme is a 2016 River Birch, which I ended up having to pay cash for as the sales agent led the finance company to believe that I was purchasing the home for someone else, thus they would only finance it for Six years.

Also, upon delivery of the Mobile home, the Refrigerator that we saw in the display model was about a 21 Cu. ft Model, but when the home was delivered it had a Mini Refrigerator (maybe a 15 Cu. ft) . I spoke with the agent I purchased the home from many times and he said he would get that taken care of, but still has not resolved that issue. When It came time to pay the balance, I was going to put it on my Credit Card (The Sum of $ 19,900), the Agent then told me if I would wait a week they would have their own Credit Card Machine and I could just do it there instead of going t their Bank. When the day came for me to have them run my credit card, the total jumped up to $20,942.44.

 The old man that works there will tell you he is not out to screw you over, but you better watch out, He is. After your purchase is made he assumes no responsibility in anything after that. It took me Three weeks to get them to complete the skirting under the Mobile Home after it was delivered and set-up, they started the job, got maybe 15 feet done and then left and never returned, and when I complained he just said ("Well I paid them $ 500 and they said the job was done) it was no where near done. When I called to complain about the Air Conditioning not being installed, he gave me the telephone number to the A/C Company like it was my responsibility to contact them. This was after he lied to me several times about when they were coming to install my Air Conditioning and Heating (Per the Contract). Buyer beware, watch out for alot of hidden fees and charges, the Bait and Switch, and being ignored once they have your money. ALSO BEWARE, ANY DEPOSIT YOU PUT DOWN IS "NOT REFUNDABLE". so if you change your mind or decide not to do business with them, he will keep your deposit, which is normally in the Thousands of Dollars. This business is a rip off to Veterans and Civillians.
