RANGER BOATS, RANGER MANUFACTURING, RANGER BASS BOATS, FLWRANGER BOATS, RANGER MANUFACTURING, RANGER BASS BOATS, FLW, Randy Hopper, Genmar Corp., Irwin Jacobs Stole my Money, Boat, and Falisfied Legal documents in a Coverup Flippin Arkansas

I worked for Travis Boats, in Lewisville Texas and personally witnessed the planning and execution of a fraudulent scheme involving the man passing out the flyers( don't remember the name). The ranger district rep. Randy Green, (90% positive on the last name) and employees of Ranger boats and Travis boating center, made up a story claiming he struck a fictious persons vechile while passing out the flyers at a Boat Show in Dallas. The Travis Boating Manager had a friend who worked at another dealer, The Shalom Shop, call in the fake report. They made the report naming the vehicle the man passing out the flyers owned (by a DMV records search). They were caught and charges filed with the Lewisville Police, because the man had not passed out the flyers. He had hired a co. to pass out the flyers, and he no longer owned the vehicle. At the start of the police investigation The shalom Shop employee withdrew his claim, stating it never happened. Travis management convinced the police to drop it.

I personally witnessed, and was involved in the discussions with the Ranger reps. and Dealer employees planning to discredit and defraud the man out of his rights. During these discussion the Facts were discussed that that man's boat was illegally taken, and that it was taken intentionally, and more importantly that Ranger's President Randy Hopper, and prior owner Foresst Wood knew it was wrongfully taken and had embarked on a massive coverup to avoid possible lawsuits. One of the biggest concerns was the possible involvement in State and Federal crimes on the falsified papers used to obtain the boat. For all the years I worked at Travis Boats this was the number one priority was to coverup the facts involving Ranger and its Management employee's, and Travis was not even the dealer personally involved.

It was well Known that if you did not side with Ranger manufacturing you would be basically cut-off. Travis managements "screw up" of this got a lot of heat from Ranger Mfg. Only a few months later Travis did lose the rights to sell Ranger products to a dealer down the street (Whittle Boats), They too decided (thru a friend that is employeed there) it was way too invovled both legally and criminally to stay in bussiness with Ranger Boats, they are no longer the Ranger Bass Boat Dealer, it has moved a few doors down.

The thought that Ranger Boats is suppose to be the Number 1 bass boat, why would their own dealers not want to carry them? I personally know it's because Ranger is corrupt and plans to never admit it and cover it up forever. Like the orignal posted complaint says, why else has the flyers and billboards been going on for close to twenty years with out any legal action against those passing them.

Reason: I was employeed and in the middle of it, Randy Hopper of Ranger Boats is scared of the legal repercussions. Ranger started the coverup and fraudulently stalled a customer with promises till the lawsuit deadlines had passed.

I know the facts and I witnessed and was a part of almost every disscussion while I was an employee, and their are factually, dozens this has been done too. Some of the boats are given to pro's, some donated, some resold, some used as Tournament prizes. I know the boat of the one 18 yr flyer passing out man, was a very uniquie special edition, highly coveted. The dealer that took it with the false papers keep it himself. I attest to these facts, as I was involved in the facts.
