i received my bank statement ending 08/02-when i notice a automatic withdrawel of $49.95 0n 07-15 saying fdr debit card visa debit globalinx mclean va---------and again on 08-09-repeat-fdr debit card visa debit globalinx mclean va. i call the bank and question-they didn"t know no more-so i look up on the internet for globalinx mclean va and got the # 1-800-38-6872 and called. that was when i talk to a lady named raquel-so i asked what this was and she ask me if i order any business cards or long distance phonelinx-i saed no ,she look up and said it was a long distance phone card and if i didn"t use it i would be refunded my money in 10-14 business days / also got a email saying i would receive $154.90/ which i looked for on next statement in 09-02.

so i called again and talk to a different lady and was told the same thing i would get my money sent back to my bank i10-14 business days- i tried calling several times and could not reach anyone-no answer,another # phonelinx customer service line 1-888-798-5200-stayed busy-then as time went on said disconnected, as of today 1-03 still have not heard anything.
