On July 11, I purchased a juicer from The Raw Food World on Amazon.com. The Raw Food World's customer service is non-existent. All I received was an email stating my juicer would be delivered sometime 7/14-7/19. There was no tracking info to let me see where the package was.
I contacted The Raw Food World 4 times, and finally heard back from their customer service guy, Mark. He wrote me a form email in response to my email, and added some of his own by simply stating he had not received any of my other emails, and to be patient because he has been too busy to answer emails. Well, it was July 19, and I had been patient enough. In a previous email, I sent my amazon order number info and name, which is one of 3 emails this guy Mark says he never received. He tells me I have to give him my order number. So, I told him to do 2 mins of actual work, and figure it out using my name and the product I purchased.
Finally, he just sends me an email stating my purchase has been refunded. Thanks for wasting over a week of my life, Mark. He did not offer to give me any tracking info or let me know why my package has not yet arrived. I'm sure Matt and Angela are good people, but they have entrusted this guy Mark with their online business and customer service, who appears to have zero interest in customer service or helping the company make money. Matt and Angela, do yourselves a favor and get rid of Mark so you can stop wasting money and ruining your company's reputation. You should have zero Ripoff Reports. This appears to be the second one in the past 6 Months. This guy Mark obviously does not care about your business and hasn't a clue about customer service.
