I purchesed over $200 in razer products from frys a couple years ago. And spending that amount of money on a mouse and mousepad, you exspect them to replace it or be able to send it in for them to fix it. I contacted support for the just to say sorry we cant replace it unless you baught it from out online store.
Dont buy razer products, they do go bad and you will have to spend another $200
