RBK Trucking Inc, operated and owned by Cathie and Rod Koeppen in Palm Coast Florida, unlawfully had stollen millions of dollars from over 20 drivers. One in particular was us. Their leasing contract was fake, however we did not know. Years after come to find out we aren't the only ones who they have done this to.

Their contract forces drivers to pay for all repairs, title/tags, IFTA, and so on along with being forced to give up each paycheck for a countless number of weeks. Just recently they created a fake court order, and stole our Semi Truck that we paid them for out of storage.

All paperwork is documented, showing where Cathie and Rod have written off everything they are claiming we made on a 1099, however all of the paychecks we did ever receive only add up to 13 thousand, and yet their 1099 claims 141 thousand. These two scam artists have been doing this for years, as they started out in New Jersey, moved to Pennsylvania, and now Florida. Each time they get caught they file under a diffrent name and start all over.

Be aware of this trucking company, as of right now they have stollen over $250 thousand from us that we can prove, on top of not paying us "waged" hours since we are not independent contractors to driver a semi truck in the state of Florida. With 20 drivers, and most figure it all out and eventually quit, they are making millions each year. Someone needs to stop them before they ruin another family.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

Disgruntled Former Driver

AUTHOR: Catherine Koeppen - ()

This Driver and his wife are making many false claims. Our Company has never stolen any funds from any driver. If they have 20 drivers to say that please have them come forward.  We have many drivers who would be more than happy to tell you we do not steal from our drivers. We treat them as family and are alwyas willing to help. Our business is represented by a CPA who maintains all our records. All loans are documented. I have proof of every dollar paid to the Browns along with every deduction ever made.

This driver came to us begging for a job so he could feed his family.  He left his past job saying they did not pay him, they stole his money, and he was going to sue them for making him falsify his logs.  When we did his background check , his past employer told us she was glad that he was gone. All he did was cry he needed money. I should have heeded her warning!

During the time he was with us, we tried everything to help him, from paying his rent to paying his electric bills. He was permitted to book his own loads and he still could not pay his bills. At Christmas time my husband and I gave him money so his children would have a Christmas.

He was taking advances and would not permit us to send his paperwork home to his house as we do with every other driver because he did not want his wife to see his paperwork.

As for the claim we stole his truck. He was lease purchasing his truck he owed $60,000.00 in repairs, fuel and advances when he left. Our contracts are not  false they were drawn up by a compitent attorney in Florida that only handles Trucking Companies. According to contract the truck would not be paid off until all monies owed to our company was paid off. As for the contract calling for drivers to pay their own repairs,Ifta tags and so on, they are purchasing the vehicle and therefore it is their responsibility to pay. The court order mentioned was for Mr. Brown to return the truck. He parked the vehicle at our yard cleaned out his personal belongings, he never called in to say he quit. The next day he came and took the truck of the property that we pay for and hid the truck so we could not repo it. He was served notice in writing from our attorney that his lease was disqualified and persuant to terms and conditins of lease he must return the vehicle to us. The reason he did not tell us he was leaving is because he told the broker he was dealing with he needed money for fuel even though he had a Comdta card he used for fuel and  had the broker advance him more than $5,000.00 in comchecks. This money was taken from loads that were to be paid to our Company and he would get a percentage after fuel and deductions.

Mrs. Brown wrote a review against a company we pulled for.and we had to send a letter of apology for her.

No one held a gun to Mr. Browns head and forced him to sign the contract he did so under his on free will.

We have never changed our Company name we have been in business since July 2002 and this is the first complaint ever filed by anyone.

It is a shame that people think they can write anything or say anything on line. Prior to making  statements of this nature they should be held accountable and show proof.

Anyone reading the garbage written by the Browns would know if there was any truth to the statements why have the not done anything about it. Why you ask?? Because it is all a LIE!!
