I, too, have been ripped off by RDS Services. I ordered lables on Feb. 2, 2008 and never received my order. I e-mailed them serveral times but they don't even have the decency to reply to my e-mails. I noticed again this weekend they have advertised in the Shop and Save flyer. Their web: addresslabels-canada.com/450 directs you to RDS Services and they have no telephone number listed.

The Website has a clear link in the menu to the Customer Service Website that lists ample opportunities for replacement, refund, and all other concerns. All complaints actually received are promptly resolved. It is recomended that this system be utilized so that email is not lost in the ether of the internet.
Please note: RDS Services, Inc. is the company that handles the websales for Information Products Company. We handle the replacements and refunds for all orders placed online. Mail orders are handled directly by IPC or their Canadian counterpart. Also RDS Services, Inc. does not place printed ads, we do place click-ads online.
If you "issue" is still open, please report it on http://www.ipc-cs.com/ ... please remember online sale customer service issues will be handled by RDS Services, Inc., while mail order customer service issues will be handles by Information Products Company.
