This guy is a scammer! He sold me an appliance that never worked. It came with a 60 day warranty that was absolutely worthless. When I first contacted him to tell him the appliance did not work at all, he played along a little and said he would take care of it. It took him over a week to come pick up the appliance to take it back to his shop to fix it. He kept the appliance in his shop for over 3 weeks before returning it. Upon return, appliance still did not work at all.

When I contacted Rich about it again, I asked him to come pickup the appliance and just refund my money. Instead, he blamed the problem on my house, saying that the wiring was bad. I have never had any issues with any appliances working correctly in my home. I ended up getting a replacement appliance for the one I bought from him (from another store) and never had any issues with it working correctly.

He claimed that he ordered replacement parts and "Fixed" the appliance when he had the appliance at his shop for 3 weeks. He sent me 2 screenshots for the "proof" of the parts he ordered to fix it. The first was a screenshot of the part on amazon for sale. It hadn't even been added to a cart, much less paid for, or delivered. The second screenshot was for a part that had been ordered 45 days before I contacted him about the appliance not working. When I inquired furthuer, he told me to go away.

Frustrated about my experience with dealing with him and his company. I would advise others to stay away and look elsewhere for appliance needs.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

In Response to me being a Scammer and my company selling bad appliances

AUTHOR: Rich - (USA)

Several inaccurate statements in this complaint which I will point out before addressing the actual accusation. Our warranty on appliances has been 45 days since 2008. This person indicates the warranty as being 60 days to aid her cause. We never purchase appliance parts from Amazon. We purchase from a legitimate OEM manufacturers website if not locally. It is our policy to attempt to repair the appliance before any refunds are given. In the case of Mrs. Marsh, whom filed the complaint here, I personally replaced a switch on a washer that we sold her once at the house where it was delivered and installed. At some point weeks, if not months, after this switch was replaced Mrs. Marsh called again and stated the washer was not working again. At this point the warranty period had expired but again I personally went to the house and picked up the washer and installed an old washer that was still on the property as Mrs Marsh rents this house out through Air B & B. I took the washer back to our warehouse and the original (brand new) switch was still under warranty from the company that I had purchased it from (appliancepartspros) Hence, a new one was ordered and installed and we tested the washing machine for a number of weeks, at our warehouse, before returning it to the home where it had been picked up from. Some number of months later I received a very rude text from Mrs. Marsh demanding that I go pick up the washer and refund her money. I can understand that she may have had angry guests that had complained that the washer was not working but it is my belief that you always accomplish more with a level head and forethought. Mrs Marsh apparently contacted me while still angry over the issue and subsequently did not get the response from me that she was seeking. I do not, nor will I ever, deal with angry customers that threaten to file complaints on my business in order to force me to do something that I know I am not obligated to do. If anyone whom may consider her statements to be concerning wishes to contact me for proof that her statements are inaccurate please feel free to do so.
