The website states that items may be returned within 7 days for a refund and that the administrators can be contacted for return details. I have now sent 4 emails, on 7, 9, 10 and 11 August, and have not received any response.
Just want to advise any collectors of WWII memorabilia/reproductions etc that the quality of these items is severely lacking, customer service non-existant and their refund policy a complete sham.
Avoid reWW2 at all costs!!!

i just hope we get our stuff so we dont have to deal with this extreme lack of professionalism. I will NEVER order from here again and i wish i found this report before we ordered. as stated before, AVOID reww2 at all costs. youre better off paying more and not dealing with this stress and frustration.
