I paid 48.50 for unlimited text and talk and 2 GBS of Internet service. the guy said my phone would work in a little bit because i ran out of my monthly minutes. before that the phone worked just fine, but after couple hours of phone not working AT ALL i called them to inquire about how long it would take to work. The person i talked to said there was a problem and my serial number needed to be fixed. He then said, now this is the really strange thing. He said please turn off your phone and take out the batteries and tell me what the meid number is, I told him that i had a Apple IPhone and could not but since the power was off i had to wait and i could tell him it after it turned back on.

he then said that i could not use that phone for there service, i then replied that i just was using the phone in fact i had the phone switched over not that long ago and there was no problems with it until i bought the new plan. he then asked me to go on hold i said OK and waited for around 10 Min's. After he got back on the phone he asked me for the serial number so i told him the serial number which he got wrong a number of times and then asked if there was a number that started with a, i replied without saying the fact that there is no numbers that start with a and specially wasn't any serial or any thing that started with a.

i told him that i had a meid number that started with 99 and told him that number and he entered the wrong thing at first without verifying it 88 he changed to AA and it his surprise it would not work. after we talked for awhile and he said that there was nothing he could do i said lets try retyping the meid number in again just to make sure it was right because he didn't read it back to me and he agreed and i read him the right number no AA in it and he told me to dial *228 and program my phone. I dialed the number but it would just beep beep and disconnect he again said there was nothing he could do. so i asked him if maybe i should restart the phone he then said i could try but he didn't think i would do anything,

so i did and dialed *228 and it started the process but would not finish, but it was something different than beep beep then disconnect and i asked him if he was new because he did not seem to be knowing what to do in fact i seemed to know more than him and i had no idea what to do. finally i got sick of trying to talk to this half Witt and told him to do what he needed to do to fix my phone he told me that he would escalated it and i had to wait 24 hours. I hung up and called back, waiting this time for nearly 3 hours to talk to some one and i had got someone in Spanish. they kindly tr4ansfered me to someone who know English and they tried to add the phone as if were a new phone again but told me that for some reason my phone was not connecting to the right tower and there was nothing they could do.

i figured that the guy before me messed it up so bad that i did a reset of the phone and called back waited now 2 hours and got an answering machine so i called back today and got 50 in line taking 2 hours and hit the end button on accident and had to call back and now sit at 206 in line. well sorry for the run on sentences and bad grammar but besides that been 3 days now and still doesn't work as my monthly paid unlimited runs out and all the time i had to wait i feel they owe me at least 200 dollars for the phone the broke and wont fix and the service they sold me and will not let me use. and little pain and suffering for there horrible customer service.

 Yes they should PAY you for YOUR luxury item. You do not NEED a cellphone to LIVE!!! As by your own post you changed YOUR plan and your phone just wasnt compatable ANYMORE. Youre blasting a CUSTOMER SUPPORT person in a call center who was just doing whatever they could to assist you. Did you ever stop to think that the issue MAY NOT be because of THEM, but because of YOU??

Or even that your "style" of phone wasnt going to be allowed anymore. Or that there a restrictions as to what type of phones can be put on. Yea all that means you should get $200.....NOT!!! Quit your whining, quit trying to play a victim. If youre as tech savvy as you claim, even you understand that NOT ALL TECH AND SOFTWARE WORK SEEMLESSLY!!!

I swear even the ones with supposed brains are falling stupid. Pain and suffering...really, did you clip your nails a little too far while you were sitting on your ass waiting. What "pain" did you suffer? What "suffering" did you endure that wasnt required? You had to WAIT and thats all. Get over yourself princess you wont be getting a dime out of them with an argument like that.
