In 2013 I was approached by Chad Pratt, an associate (salesman) from Real Estate Law Center, PC.  I told him about a$3,000.00 soft audit I had done on my previous lender which said I was a victim of predatory lending.  He promised me that RELC could gert me a better loan at a lower rate, get a 30 yr. fixed and restitution for the money I had be cheated out of.  After paying a $5,000.00 retainer, they assigned me a lawyer, Sarah Kim, Esq.  I could never seem to get a hold of Sarah when I needed. When I did, she couldn't tell me anything but asked me for more documents.  I finally sent her the audit I had done.  They redieved it and lost it.  It was never returned to me.

Anyway, after months of paying them $750.00 a month with no need to worry, this was a win win situation,  I started to worry about my mortgage that was getting so far behind.  Months would go by with no helpful word from RELC until one day Sarah told me that shse wasn't aware that I was already in a loan modification and they could do nothing to do to help me.

I was irate.  They treated me like an idiot, which was what I was for listening to them.  When asked what I was supposed to do, then came the bankruptcy subject.  They could cover up to $25,000 for me if I filed chapter 13. We did not part on a happy note.  I had to hire a bankruptcy lawyer, filed chapter 13 and was told I must pay $530.00 a month in addition to my mortgage or I would loose the house.  Well I make sure I pay that $530.00 a month, but I am sole income besides 1 renter and my daughter who can buy food with her EBT card.  I have a 5 year old grandson living with me and his world is about to be turned upside down.  I have not been able to pay my mortgage for several months now and foreclosure seems immenant.  I have nowhere to go and no one to thank but RELC.  They act very professional, however, after you have paid the retainer , all this seem to drag out while you're still paying them $750 a month.

Do not use there people.  Do not even talk to them, they are poison.  They stole my audit and my money.  It was the worse year I have been through with the exception of the year ahead.
