This company sells bogus leads and guarantees short sale listings.  They lead you to beleive that you have some measure of control over the type of lead that you will receive and asks you to select areas.  Only for them to send you leads from areas that are very far from your target requested area.  They force you to provide them with unreasonable notice to cancel.  They never provide the leads on time.  They are of no help with any of your questions.  They mislead you and do not disclose upfront that you have to mail the letters to the leads on your own at your own expense which costs hundreds of dollars.  They even sent me leads that were all 100% non English speaking people.  They are a bad unprofessional and dishonest company!
